Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Verdict browser extension ("Extension", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please uninstall the Extension.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Lord Data Ltd., a company registered in Israel ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

Verdict is an AI-powered Chrome extension that provides Buy/Wait/Skip recommendations on products you view on supported shopping sites (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, eBay, Costco, AliExpress).

The Service is provided free of charge. We monetize through the sale of anonymized clickstream data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Verdict. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

4. The verdicts are not professional advice

Important: Our Buy/Wait/Skip recommendations are AI-generated opinions based on publicly available product data. They are NOT:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Professional product reviews
• Guarantees of price, quality, or value
• Legal or consumer protection guidance

You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions. Always do your own research, especially for significant purchases.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about:

• The accuracy of product information shown
• The correctness of our Buy/Wait/Skip recommendations
• The completeness of price comparisons or alternatives
• Whether you will actually save money

Product prices, availability, and details change rapidly. Our verdicts are snapshots and may not reflect current conditions.

6. Your responsibilities

When using Verdict, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the Extension
• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose
• Automate the Extension or use it as part of bots/scrapers
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with our servers or infrastructure
• Bypass our consent or opt-out mechanisms

7. Data collection (summary)

By accepting these Terms and the consent flow during installation, you agree to our collection of anonymous shopping behavior data on supported shopping sites only, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw consent and disable data collection at any time via the Extension settings.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, trademarks, logos, and design of Verdict belong to Lord Data Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Product information displayed (titles, prices, images) belongs to the respective retailers and is shown under fair use for the purpose of helping you make informed shopping decisions.

9. Third-party services

Verdict integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (for AI processing) and cloud hosting providers. Their respective terms apply to their portions of the service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, eBay, Costco, or AliExpress.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for purchase decisions you make based on our verdicts
• Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lord Data Ltd. from any claims arising from your use of the Extension, violation of these Terms, or your purchase decisions.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
